John Fanney and the Fanney Law Office were simply outstanding! I would recommend him to anyone. His experience within and knowledge of the system and how best to navigate it is truly what sets him apart! While it may take some time (patience is a virtue), be assured that John will do all he can to get you the best possible result. The case for my family member was dismissed! John is very good at what he does and the successful results he has provided his clients over the years reflects this, as evidenced by these reviews. I hired Mr. Fanney back in 2022 and I am MORE than satisfied with his services and representation. From the beginning of my case, Mr. Fanney was upfront and truthful, giving me the HONEST worst-case scenario; letting my family and I know that nothing is guaranteed. BUT, what he did guarantee was nonstop efforts and top-tier professionalism...which he EXCEEDED!! I would recommend Mr. Fanney to ANYONE, and I am still so incredibly blessed that I had such an incredible lawyer like himself. I truly don't know where I would be today without him. It is crucial for people to understand that a lawyer can only do so much, so you can't take out your frustrations on them if certain scenarios don't go your way.... Probably the best lawyer you will find for Wake County. Got a 78 in a 45 and reckless driving COMPLETELY DROPPED. That’s probably one of the worst offenses you can get and borderline jail worthy. And he didn’t get it reduced to a lesser charge, he got it completely taken off my record. No insurance points or increased payments. Worth every dime
